After closing the ticket field "Linked tickets" disappears

Whe we change status of ticket from "Solved" to "Closed", field "Linked tickets" is disappear from that ticket. Is it a bug or I did something wrong?

Debian Stretch + nginx 1.10.3 + php7.0-fpm
GLPI v9.3.1 + Reports, Behaviors, Forms
