Field in Ticket Solution

Hello good day,

When solving a ticket, strange characters are shown in the body of the solution in lines as an example:

No problem on my def system. You use official 9.1.3 release no 9.1xbugfix test branch ?

same problem with my 9.1.3 release.

rich text activated.
ticket created with 9.1.2
solved with 9.1.3

solution notification with ticket description and solution :
description (created with 9.1.2) is OK, solution :  carriage return displayed as "rn"
