Ticket notification without linked items

Hi,

after upgrading from 0.84 to 9.1.2 (90.5 the same) the notification for new tickets has no linked item as it was in former versions.

In template there is a section like:

##IFticket.itemtype## ##lang.ticket.item.name##  : ##ticket.itemtype## - ##ticket.item.name## ##IFticket.item.model## - ##ticket.item.model## ##ENDIFticket.item.model## ##IFticket.item.serial## -##ticket.item.serial## ##ENDIFticket.item.serial##  ##IFticket.item.otherserial## -##ticket.item.otherserial## ##ENDIFticket.item.otherserial## ##IFticket.item.location## -##ticket.item.location## ##ENDIFticket.item.location## ##ENDIFticket.itemtype##

Is there something missing at IFticket.itemtype?

This section ist not printet.

How can this be solved?

you can link several items to a ticket so you should have a
## FOREACH item ## loop

Hi,

thank you very much for this hint.

I think the template is not upgraded so it works wrong. I get the right template from another installation.

Now it works!
