Called with WAITING status

I created a calling status similar to "self::WAITING  => __('Pending')", however I did not get stop on the SLA. I have already searched for several classes inside the directory inc / commonitilobjeact.php and ticket.class.php, but so far I can not find it. Can anybody help me
