After creation or close a ticket email notification arrive instantly. But when I make a followups I don't have a instantly e-mail notification, followup message are stored in in Mail queue and will be send after minutes. Even if in Home/Setup/Automatic Actions/Queuedmail/Run frecvency is 1 minute.
My question is: Why after "Open ticket" and "Close ticket" actions I have instantly mail notifications but not for "Follow-ups" ?
I use: GLPI 9.1.1
OS: Debian
Run mode: GLPI

followups are send to mail queue.
run frequency is a setting for sending mailqueue but :
some event should trigger this action :
if Home/Setup/Automatic Actions/Queuedmail/mode is set to CLI :
action is triggered by server cron ( set in crontab) (ie every 5 minutes if next execution time is over)
if Home/Setup/Automatic Actions/Queuedmail/mode is set to GLPI :
action is triggered by users actions ( greate tickets, close tickets....) ( so by night, week end, coffee/lunch time e mail are not send)

The e-mail notification of follow-ups in GLPI 0.83 are sending instantly.
Home/Setup/Automatic Actions/Queuedmail/mode is set to GLPI.
What thing was changed in 9.1.1 version?

Right : there was no mail queue in 0.83
creation and solution notifications are sent without mail queue.
followups are sent to mail queue even if delay is set to 0 . :-(

Why the followups are sending in mail queue, what is the point?

if i remember, many users asked for this feature on this forum : this should allow to delete mail in mail queue in case you make mistake.
I did not vote "for" this feature.
the question is "Why the followups are sending in mail queue if delay is set to 0?" i don't know the answer.

this is a feature, not a bug, so anybody reported.
dont use mailqueue when time is set to 0 could be a feature request http://glpi.userecho.com/

Hi to all!
I have the same problem, but is it fresh installation of version 9.1
Notification is set to cli for 1 minute and cron job is set to 1 minute
In logs of Automatic action - queuedmail I get:
26-02-2017 11:06 0.013 seconds 0 Action completed, no processing required
26-02-2017 11:05 0.012 seconds 0 Action completed, no processing required
26-02-2017 11:04 0.012 seconds 0 Action completed, no processing required
The job started but no mail from mail queue is sent.
Then I manualy Execute the action and in log I get:
26-02-2017 12:07 0.678 seconds 3 Action completed, fully processed
It is the same when I change from cli to glpi

Updating after doing more test...
When the ticket is closed the notification mail is sent
When ticket is updated (change urgency, add item, add resolve date) the mail is sent.
The problem is only when tasks and follow ups are created, the they go to mail queue.
I hope this will help to resolve the issue.

Good afternoon, I also have the same problem, a user sends a request by mail, but in the GLPI does not update the mailgate, to retrieve the mail must be manual execution of this action. Who can help me to make this function automatic. I kept hanging.
