I have glpi 9.1.1 and I when the "userx" open a ticket and realice all process (open by userx) and add task, follow, solution by te technician the system send notification to "survey" but the "userx" no can´t see the botton "Satisfaction" in the menu.
Thats problem is when I use bussiness rules, before that all ok, but after no show botton.
