In the past the Requester - Requester Drop down used to show the users who submitted a request.
Now it only seems to show "glpi, normal., post-only and tech". I am not sure since when this is happening.

Number 1 in Screenshot is the creator
Number 2 is the requester
If your end user login via web interface both values are the same.
If your hotliner or technician create ticket for the user then he/she has to select the user from requester pick in the normal ticket creation view.

I am sorry, I should have been more clear. I meant in the "Assistance Section" then selecting the drop down "Requester". This used to showed all Technicians in the past when selecting "IS".
Now it only shows glpi, normal, post-only and tech. If I search with the filter "CONTAINS" then I am able to type in technician names. Please see the screenshot that shows all "Requesters" that should be able to be selected or who had created a ticket.

Same here, what is happening is GLPI reads users from root entity, not from current working subentity.
Occurred since upgraded from 0.90.5 to 9.1
Seems like a bug.

Hello,
I have the same problem, since I'm French I posted it in the French section so you may not have seen (or understood) it.
Someone else had this problem, it's a known bug in GLPI, you can find a solution here:
http://forum.glpi-project.org/viewtopic.php?id=155498 (sorry it's in French)
https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/1086
Try this and see if it helps.

I tried the changes listed in getUserDropdown.php on a test system and it works. It does not work in my production system. I am glad that others are having the issue and that a fix was worked on, but I will wait until its included into the next release.
