License Installation Problems

Hi,
We have created a software and added a license to it.We added that license to a computer and tried to install it (by selecting it, going to actions and installing it). The result is this error:-

"Failed operation. 0 authorization problems, 1 failures."

Our system details:-
macOS Sierra
GLPI 9.1
