Attachments not visible

Hello!

Version: 9.1 (upgraded from RC2)

Attachments are saved in folder files/filetype (if i go manually on disk i can find them) but they are not seen under tickets. Nothing under php-errors or under _log.

Same thing occurs if ticket is generated from email with attachment or manually adding over web interface.

Did it only occur on one client ?

Server.
And client if it don't occur on other clients version / browser. (In this case please clean browser cache)

Occurs on macOS Sierra (Safari 10.0.1 and Firefox) also on Windows 7 x64 IE 11 and Firefox (49.0.1).

Server:
GLPI 9.1
WinSrv 2008 R2 STD SP1
IIS7
PHP Version 7.0.0

I dont think its permissions. I can set to everyone with full access and still not working. If i try png files and then try to click them in firefox i get error that the image cannot be displayed because it contains error.

So far i have traced back down in IIS to 401 2 5 0 error which means bad server configuration for authentication. Also over tracing in iis there is nothing vital to log...
