mail notification template to category new tickets

Hi every body!
i have a question.
How can I assign a category to an application - individual e-mail notification with an individual pattern) ??
For example:
1.I created an application template - Repair of printers.
2. I created a template of mail notifications - To service printer repair
3. I'm creating a new application - "Incident". Category - "Repair of printers".
4. Pre-loaded ready-made application form.
I click Send - and leaves the standard notification on a new application
This notification is linked to the "order type" - incidents or TASK
how to choose the type of notification - for the selected category application (Repair of printer), not the "type Tickets" ( incidents or TASK).
