Hi, i have this situation.
Example:
- New Ticket
- Automatic Assigment to Tech-Group "Soporte Funcional" (I have a rule for that)
- I have 2 Technicians in this group ("Soporte Funcional"), if anyone wants to take the ticket can use "Associate Myself" or Assign them each other.
But here is the problem. The "User" List can see All technicians of All Tech-Group Available.
Is possible to make a profile, or customization to see only the technicians of the Tech-Group Assigned ?
