Hello,
I do have the following problem which i couldn't find a solution for.
If a customer replys to a ticket (either via the helpdesk or email), I don't want him to get a notification for that. That's why I disabled "Notifications for my changes" for all users.
That works perfect, when a users answers via the helpdesk. If the customer answers via E-Mail, the "Notifications for my changes = NO"-rule doesn't apply.
After a research, I found out that this is probably because the mail-collector doesn't catch the correct username when answering by mail and then, it doesn't detect a "self-notification" and send out the notification anyway.
Is there a soluition for this?
Thank you a lot
Sebastian
