Hello.
I'm now testing notifications for my needs in GLPI 0.90.3 and maybe someone can give an advice.
I configure notification by this way:
type: ticket
event: new followup
recipients: requester
when technician need to ask some question, they use followups, when new followup added, ticket requester receives message from GLPI, when he answer on it, then he receives email with own message from glpi.
Maybe it is possible to add recipients: requester (with exception, when he is an author of followup)

Hello,
You may try the 'Personalization' feature called 'Notifications for my changes' and set it to 'No'.
It's in 'My settings', tab 'Personalization' and default value is 'Yes'.
Regards,
Tomolimo

tomolimo, thx for answer.
Partly works.
If I add new followup (like requester) trough web-portal (with self-service profile), it works. Notification didn't come. (in profile "notifications for my changes -> no")
If I try to answer on last auto generated e-mail from GLPI, to create new followup, it didn't works. I receive notification that I added an followup. (in profile "notifications for my changes -> no")

I believe this is by design: like this the sender is able to know that his/her email has really been integrated into GLPi.

Hello. Is this issue solved? We're still experiencing the problem.
Some months ago it suddently worked properly, and because of some recent changes, it is happening again...
We do not want the requester receive emails about its own followups.
Any ideas? Thanks!!
