would it be possible to alter the code so that the same request can be assigned to more than one person, ie a group?
for example we set up mobile classrooms of portables and 2 or 3 tech's go out to do this it would be ideal if we could set a group to do this rather than have 3 individual jobs?
and also is it possible to schedule recurring jobs?
example, every monday morning check this server? and when that job is closed reschedule the job for the week after on a new job code.
