Configure email alert when asset is added or deleted

Hi

I am new to glpi and trying to configure email alerts when computer asset is added or deleted.

I have "Email followup configuration" and "Notifications" configured and can send mail using smtp/php but is not working when asset  is added or deleted. I have all the add task and delete task notifications configured to send email alert ..

How to configure this simple alert.

Notification are only for action on an element of the helpdesk (ticket, problem...)
