I'm not sure is bug, but still annoying

Hello

I'm not sure is bug, but still annoying when I change group or user in computer to null ( --) in device that connected still exist old owner and his group (instead inherited null) . When I change group or user in computer to other values correctly change also in connected device.

Search Box should use php trim() function before posting query to database - white space can drive user to mad.

When I create new ticket on default notification in email is set yes, how can I change that for Requester and Watcher ?

I tried accomplish that by creating net ticket template but in predefined field i not fount any Email_followup_Requester or
Email_followup_Watcher.
