History functions

I've noticed that the history tab will track changes to, say, the type field. It also is scheduled in 0.7 to track initial data entry and OCSNG import. What it doesn't seem to do now is track if you've entered/altered the comments field.

Could that be added? Basically I'd like a history entry for pretty much any changes a user/admin might make so we know who set what data. Further on down the road, a searchable history would be useful.
