External Authentication source problem?

The php-script someone made to import all active directory users works great.
in GLPI/LDAP Links I inserted the next values
Surname: sn        Firstname: givenName
E-Mail: mail

All users are imported but when i look at one of them nothing is filled out (name, email) only their logon name is filled in. Even when i delete it from glpi and logon with that user again it doesn't import the values.

Is this a bug? Or do i have to change something in the import_users script you made?

If you give us more details of your configuration / setup,  we could help you.
Do you used a rootdn ?

Here is my config

i use the script an all is see is ajouter name off one off my users.
i changed a little bit off the php and now it prints ajouter name/e-mail
but i still don't see it in users.

It is rare, everything is ok. I use the names of the fields everything in small letters, but I believe that that is not the problem.
This is my configuration for external authentication. It work fine.

LDAP Configuration
Servidor LDAP                                                        ldap://server.domain.es
Puerto LDAP (predeterminado=389)                         389

rootdn (para las conexiones no anónimas)                CN=glpi,CN=Users,DC=domain,DC=es
