new forum for Spanish speaking users ?

Im sorry but I dont speak French..
In the "Non French speaking users" section, can you create a new forum for spanish speakers users?

In the "Non French speaking users" section, you could open a topic in the language you want.
There is no need to open a specific forum for each lang in this section.

Im sorry, but I can post into the "English speakers users" only...
The section is "Non French speaking users" but the unique forum is "English speakers users"
