0.68.3 Changelog

I keep getting timeouts while trying to get to the .68.3 changelog.  Can someone post if here?

all closed tickets are a change .

perhaps that you will need a French-English dictionary ...

but we make the effort with each English site

Thanks for posting that.  I had tried that link several times and it would time out on me.
Yes, I see what you mean about needing a French-English dictionary.  My French is not that good.
