financial information

I was wondering if anybody knows of a way to create a template that can be applied just to the financial information.  I am trying to set up the financial information for all of the computer that have been imported through ocs-ng, but it seems a little repetitive to have to click on activate financial information, and then enter all of the information.  I would like to have all of the financial information activated globally, with set default values, so that all I have to do is enter the purchase dates for each machine.  Is this possible?  Thanks in advance!
