Import User already exist

Hi,

I have an issue with the import of the users from our active directry to glpi :

In the list of users, I don't find a lot of users that we had before but if I want to synchronize I find the users in the list of users that I can synchronize, it's very strange. Therefore, if I want to reply to someone who create a ticket, I can't because the system told me that I don't have the permission to perform this action but I"m super admin.

In the list of users I don't see "aboilet" but if I want to synchronize him I can.

PS : there is no filter

I'm using the version 0.85 4.

HI,
are you superadmin on root with recursive profile ?

do you use entities ?
do you use groups ?
do user have at least a post only profile.

Thanks.
I tried both, with recursive profile and no recursive profile.
We don't use entities and groups. We have a lot post only profile. All the users profile are post only profile except the IT's profile.
