Hello all,
Im trying to organize our problems categories in this way:
> GROUP A
> CATEGORY A
> TASK1 A
> TASK1 B
> GROUP B
> CATEGORY B
> TASK2 A
> TASK2 B
But I want, for organization purpose, that users cant be able to select GROUPs and CATEGORIEs when they are opening a ticket. So I selected the parameter NO to visible from incident/requisition/etc... When i do that, my categories are displayed like that:
> CATEGORY A
> GROUP A
> TASK1 A
> TASK1 B
> CATEGORY B
> GROUP B
> TASK2A
> TASK2 B
TASK1A and TASK1B are child of CATEGORY A is child of GROUP A. Same from B group.
If I set the parameters to YES, the categories organization was ok. I dont want that our users open tickets to GROUP and CATEGORIEs, just to Tasks.
I'm doing something wrong? There another way to do that? GLPI Version 0.85.4
Thanks and sorry my bad english.

Hello,
Indeed, I could reproduce this behaviour.
I notice that if only the 1st level of ticket category is hidden, display is still correct.
Once the 2nd is not visible, then I get the behaviour you described.
