I've hidden the fields of "urgency" and "priority" and I'm having some problems with labels showing on the ticket information.
I'm attaching a picture to show the issue.

Thanks for any help I may receive.

Version of GLPI used?
How do you had hidden theses fields?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

Version 0.85.2
I hid those files by going to the ticket templates and hiding the fields, haven't done anything to the code except applying that blue theme.

Try to update your GLPI version (bug was corrected about ticket template).
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Thanks!
I'll try it out as soon as I can, will report if it works.
EDIT: Tried updating and the labels remain. Will try a new installation to see if that works.
