Another idea is uses the page Helpdesk.html about to opening of call , with some modifications
Example:
The user access the page HELPDESK.html
1 - Write e-mail and passwod
2 - Verify if exist user acconut in GLPI base - IF EXIST GOTO STEP 4
3 - If no exists, fetch the user informations into the cooporate LDAP(same at the 1º login on GLPI)
4 - Request about to the user affirm the datas , what will be showed on-screen
5 - After the confirmation from the information by the user , bring up the login with status Disabled
6 - Request what the user type in the hostname or Nº of the inventory
7 - Consult from base of data the information above the equipment
8 - Request what the user type in the description of the problem
9 - Create a ticket with the information of the user and of the equipment , got on the lasts steps (Always Proirity Medium)
