levels of priority according to the categorization, user, application

Hello, although puee to classify the tickets for priority, it was necessary to know if the same classification exists but associated with the user.
Example: user 1 - high priority
               user 2 - always low
and the same for the applications
Example: access - priority very high
               word - high priority

Thanks.
Viviana.

Re: levels of priority according to the categorization, user, application

Hi, I want to know if the GLPI system has the ability to classify the tickets
priorities depending on the user who has asked for it, the application, or the
hardware.
For example:
1) If "USER A" has a low priority but the hard has high priority, the ticket will
have high priority.

2) If "USER B" has a very high priority, the ticket will have very high priority
no matter the hardware or application's priorities.

TIA,
Vivian smile
