Users as part of inventory in main menu

I have suggestion about users management.

In our company we have to manage many users; every users have many userid and password for access (vpn - database - proxy internet - ecc..) and are from many location.

Also some users have a part-time job and they use the same hardware.

Our problem is store users "userid and passwords" , connect more than one user to the hardware.

I have made some modification of compte plugin but in this way for us is not possible to assign an helpdesk to an user .

For my opinion if is possible separe the glpi-users from managed-users ( users that non have glpi login) and is better.
another possible way is connect a plugin ( as compte ) to an user .

What is your opnion?

P.S. I can add de_DE.php and it_IT.php localization file for compte plugin is possible to upload in dev?

I've see that exists a new version of plugin - We use the 068.1.
I try the new version if it support connection to users.

Yes use groups is a possibility :-) I ; I try to see with my colleagues if useful for us.

If the developers are disposed,
would be possible to have a direct contact in order to explain our way to work so that they can estimate eventual suggestions.
Our company could be also disposed to help reply to some of the demands about hardware that we have seen in website indepnet.org
