Can i insert network device (as switch,router) in GLPI via OCS ?
Hello,
i have a big problem.
how can i insert automatically network device in GLPI?
I have tested to import them with OCSNG but i ONLY import PC and not network device as switch.It's impossible?
I will insert them manually? :-((
we have 30 switch and more other router.
we use GLPI 0.68.2 and OCSNG Ver. 4020.

Sorry, but I don't think this would be useful. OCS contains only IP/MAC address, nothing else. You will have to modify the imported devices to add the details (manufacturer, model) .. And, there are some other devices in the same table, with user-defined types (DVR, network printer).
It would be more important (for me and others) to create tickets from email directly :-)
