Blank Emails

Hello.
   Im having a problem with the helpdesk emails that are sent.   Theyre blank!  This seems to be regardless of whether I use PHP or the SMTP setting to send the email.  However, sending the test email works great?  Anybody have any ideas?  The box is Ubuntu 5 with apache2/mysql4/php5 and GLPI 0.68.1.  The emails worked fine under GLPI 0.65.  Thank you very much!

What do you see in the source of the mail ?

Which mail client ( outlook, thunderbird ....) do you use ?
