Email notification on multiple ticket changes and crontask

Hi,
I'm using the 0.85.4 version.

I set the queuedmail crontask job in CLI mode with execution time of 5 minutes.
When I change something in a Ticket, the email is putted in email queue and sended without waiting this CLI job.
Infact, in the log of the job there ore 0 actions executed and in the glpi mail.log there are:

2015-05-21 10:12:26 [9@anthurium]
Una email per x@x.it è stata aggiunta alla coda: [GLPI #0000912]

2015-05-21 10:12:28 [9@anthurium]
Email inviata a x@x.it: [GLPI #0000912]

Is this the expected behaviour?

There is a second setting.

Administration -> Unit / Root don't know English translation -> Your Unit ->  notification > Delay to send email notifications

If this value is 0 min it is expected.
