scheduler issue
Affects: plugins.
If a plugin is disabled and its task schedule is still enabled, this prevents _ALL_ scheduled tasks for _ALL_ plugins from running.
Temporary Workaround: disable the scheduled entry for disabled plugins.
Proper fix: skip the disabled plugin, continue executing tasks for other plugins.
