How to customize the content of tha mail notifications sent by the system to users? Which file should I modify?

R : Oui, il suffit de modifier la fonction :

function textDescription() du fichier glpiglpitrackingclasse.php vers la ligne 238
et de rajouter ou de modifier les lignes du type
$message.= $lang["mailing"][2].$this->author."n";
