GLPI 0.68 Cannot unglobalize

I'm having problems in 'Unglobalizing' software licenses.
When I synchronize with OCS - all software is returned with global license.
When I try to press 'unglobalize" - I receive an empty page (at 'http://tony.codaf.co.il/glpi/front/').
