Can i add new column (dropdown field) ?
I have name,type,model... in main tab. Can i add my own fileds : inventory number 1, inventory number 2... ?
And how to associate computer and monitor?

i'm sorry, but which exactly? There are only installation in Documentation section. Do i have to edit tables by hand? Or can do through web?

you need to modify the source code of GLPI but I think that the existing ones.
inventory number already exists
