Multiple email notification on multiple ticket changes

Hi,
we have GLPI 0.84.8.

If I change more fields with a trigger at the same time (ie add a followup and a technician) it sends a mail for each change.

In these cases, could GLPI send only one mail for the same ticket and email?

Done in 0.85

Hi,
because we upgrade to 0.85 and after we return to 0.84 for the ocsinventory compatibility, is it possible to change some code to obtain a similar behaviour until we upgrade to 0.85?
Where can I look for?
