500 Internal Server Error

Bonjour,
Je suis nouveau utilisateur de glpi/ocs inventoryNG, installé pour un parc de 800pc dans une administration de santé. J'apprécie ce freeware qui nous rendra vraiment un grande service. Et bravo pour les devoloppeurs pour ce travail.

j'ai installé sur SME7 (apache2) j'ai ajouté quelques libs comme inqdiquer sur newbielinux.fr mais les infos ne remontent pas.
en lancant ocslogon.exe /debug, j'obtiens ça dans les log
500 Internal Server Error
S'agit il un pb de configuration apache?

tes clients n'arrivent pas à contacter le serveur ocs.

c'est un problème de communication entre les 2 surtout

depuis un poste cleint vérifie qu'il se connecte bien à http://nomdeserveurOcs/ocsreports déjà

Je pense aussi, mais à quel niveau? peut être les libs sont incomplet car

Mod_php
Mod_perl
que je n'ai pas trouvé sur centos ni sme7 contribs

Bonjour,

Allons Allons, mod_php et mod_perl sont bien sur disponibles sur Centos, de même que les autres librairies.
Avec un yum search php etc.. vous devriez trouvez votre bonheur
Attention tout de même , apparement quelqu'un a report un bug http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=1370 pour OCS.
Perso, je vous conseille Debian pour une install rapide et efficace.

C'est vrai qu'avec Debian ce sera plus efficace, mais j'ai déjà commencé sme (centos) me facilite pas mal de tâche.
Sinon, j'ai pu amélioré mon serveur ocs mais ça reste bloqué sur l'écriture sur le serveur.

Si on regarde la 1ere ligne, elle est toujours sur /server:ocsinventory-ng
alors je ne vois nulle part les paramères car sur mon apache c'est ocsinventory.
est-ce qu'il ne faut pas mettre alias apache à ocsinventory-ng?

Comme c'est un pb apparemment sur l'écriture sur le serveur, j'ai revu avec shown -R mais ça ne change rien !

Bonjour,

En faite il ne faut pas que vous ayez un répertoire s'appellant ocsinventory sur votre server.
Donc il ne faut pas renommer le répertoire ocsinventory-NG.
De plus, vous devez avez le fichier apache_config dans ce répertoire.
Soit vous faites un include de ce fichier ou vous copiez les lignes dans votre conf d'apache.
Pendant que vous y êtes vérifier que le path de PerlRequire est correct dans apache_config.

Ok donc comme je l'ai dit avant il faut include le fichier de conf apache et CHANGER LA LIGNE Perl Require afin de spécifier le bon path.... ( dans ton cas PerlRequire /usr/local/ocsinventory-NG/Ocsinventory_startup.pl
Vérifier que la version de Mod perl est la bonne.
Apres si il y a encore des erreurs copier le fichier de log...

J'ai ajouté 2 lignes include dans mon httpd.conf
include conf.d/perl.conf
include conf.d/ocsinventory.conf

Ma version de perl est 1.99_16-4.centos4.i386.rpm

J'ai laissé tombé centos (sme7) j'ai mis sur debian et ça tourne impecable depuis 1 semaine.

ça nous fera : sme7+hpux+solaris+nt4+2003 et maintenant debian
la liste commence à être trop longue.
Bref ça fonctionne c'est l'essentiel...
