Hi, In OCS I created a new category 'MSOffice' and listed all versions of MSOffice under it.
However, in GLPI I don't get ONE row for MSOffice returned, but 21 rows!
Created dictionary category free_software in OCS, but I don't get one row, but 57!
I wanted to have all installations of MSOFFICE accumulated to compare the (one) figure to the number of licenses we have.
Do you have any idea why the accumulation does not work? Can (or must) I modify the underlying database? If yes, how?
Thank you for your help,
CH

Both OCS (Ver. 4014) and GPLI 0.65 are installed under Debian under VMWare.
I you drop me a line with your email, I can give you acces to both. It's worth seeing.
Thanks for your reply. If we can't sort this out this way, could you give me the underlying
SELECT statement (with directory/file on the system) and I try to modify it.
Regards,
CH
