When setting up or updating a ticket, I sometimes want there to be multiple requesters that aren't necessarily defined along group lines - say a number of users report the same problem and you link all the duplicates to one master ticket.
Currently, you can add one requester / watcher at a time, click Save, then add another. This is both slow and generates a lot of unnecessary notifications.
In addition, you can't add more than one requester/watcher at all in the templates.
