SLA progression bar

Good afternoon

The progression bar of a ticket isn't calculated correctly.
A ticket was opened Friday, 28/11/2014, 17:15 and has a SLA of 2 days, so it expires on tuesday, 02/12/2014  17:15 ( not considering weekend ). Today, 01/12/2014 the progression bar was 66% at 8 pm. Considering that the calendar of work is monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:45 pm, it was wrong.
Someone with the same problem?

Have you an entoty calendar which bypass the calendar of the SLA ?
