Hi everybody,
@first: nice work, thanks for new version!
I've updated from 0.84.8 to 0.85 on a test server. Since new version the private followups (from technician) are shown in user's mails. They are not listed in browser, which is correct. Private followups weren't shown in user's mails bevore... is it a bug or new behavior?
Regards
Hendrik from Germany

Thanks for your reply!
I have copied the new notificationtargetticket.class.php to \inc but still the same problem. Do I have to do something else?
Thanks in advance!

This correction fixed the probleme.
Are you sure that the profile affected to the user can't read private followup?

Yes, because the user cannot see private followups when he is logged in the website.
By the way, the user does not get any mail notification when public followups are made (they did before the update and notification for followup is active). The other notifications (create/close ticket...) are still working. Perhaps something ist wrong with my server, I will try a different one in a test environment.

Has your user 1 or many profiles?

test user was assigned to 2 groups, I corrected that now and notification for followups works now, thanks for that idea!
But he still gets private followups in mail. I will check profile and groups again later (little bit busy right now).

If your user has several profiles and one of his profile can read private followup, he'll receive mail with private followup.
