Dont send notification email manager of the group

Hi!

I imported my Active Directory users. When users open a call does not send e-mails to managers, even it already configured. The user who opened the call receives the email, but the manager of the applicant group and the manager of the technical group did not receive the notifications.

My notifications are configured for new tickets:
Request;
Manager of the group in charge of the ticket;
Request group Manager
Whather

None of the above except the user who opened the call, receives the notification.

I found no error. How can I search this problem?

For manager of the group in charge of the ticket, you must:
- have a group assigned in the ticket
- this group must have a user defined as manager.

For manager of technical group, uou must:
- have an item associated to the ticket
- this item must have a technical group
- this group must have a user defined as manger.

All the information are completed?

Yes! I configured all this settings, but the mail dont send to manager. There is another setting to be done? Or is a BUG?
