[SOLVED] Recurring ticket

Hi,
How can I investigate on the reason why recurring tickets misses to run (at least at given time)?

My settings are

active - yes
Start date: some date at 8:00 AM
End date: some date at 8:00 AM
Periodicity - 1 day

My Issue is that the tickets got created during the afternoon while I need it at 8:00 AM

I see at the bottom of the page that the next run is scheduled for today 01-07-2014 at 08:00, but now it is 11:43 AM already...

UPDATE: It got created now with almost 4 hours late: 47894    01-07-2014 11:46    cron_ticketrecurrent        Ticket 2739 successfully created

UPDATE 2: Problem solved by changing the used method from GLPI to CLI in the related automatic action.
