two different device ids are uploaded to the same inventory->computer

Hi,

so the problem is that 2 different computers with very different ids are aploading as the same PC replacing data.

glpi version 0.80.7, agent version 2.3.5 on Windows 7

what ive already tried:
- deleted this computer
- deleted ids
- removed data in var directory of each agent

but what direction of changes should i use? If they work for all of 124 another PC's. And only for this two have failed.

Seems like nobody cares about this product supportwise. Nothing special for the free product though. The issue remains unsolved.

It's a configuration problem, so you must configure them with your devices (by default we offer generic rules but in some cases can't work right)
