Hello,
we have come across an issue, I can't find it in the active bugs or in the forum, which is quite odd because it is quite annoying and evident.
We have just upgraded to 0.84.5 from 0.83.1 due to a hard disk crash recovering from tape.
The issue is as follows:
you remove a group/user from the solicitor/supervisor/assigned section
you get kicked to the ticket list/search with the message:"You have been redirected because you no longer have access to this item"
This happens even when you should still have access to the item. In fact, it is still visible and accesible. It seems as if when you remove an actor the wrong function gts invoked, but it is just a guess.
Any ideas?

Do you have all acces to the tickets ? I group is deleted and you should just see tickets of your group it seems normal.

Hello,
I have recorded a video that shows the problem. As you can see, the profile is super-admin (although it happens with every profile) and I have perfect visibility of the ticket. Nevertheless, You get kicked to the ticket list if you remove a role, either assigned or supervisor or requester and either it is a group or a single user.
