Hello everyone! I have a problem with GLPI contracts notification.
I create a new contract, select notification 1 month. After 1 month I don't recive notification about created contract.
All notifications about contracts is enable, and configured.
Can you help me with this? I don't understand how notifications works for contracts.

Have you set automatic actions ? (setup>automatic Actions> contract>run frequency=every day, status=scheduled)
What is the last run date ?
in the contract have you set alarms to notice or end or both ?
is your notification active=yes, type=contract,notification method=email, event = notice or end, notification template set ?
What about the recipients for this notification ?
What about entity setting : (administration>entities> notification tab >alarm on contracts= YES) ?

Hi,
I am having the same problem and not receiving any contract notification.
Using GLPI 10.0.16.
Entity:
- Entity notification = yes
- Send contract alarms before = 3 days
- Administrator = <my email address>
Contract:
- Start Date: 19-09-2023
- Initial Contract Period: 12 months (-> 19-09-2024 = today)
- Notice: 1 month (-> 19-08-2024)
- Contract Renewal Period: 12 months
- Email Alarms: End + Notice
Automation action for Contract
- Run Frequency: Each Day
- Status: Scheduled
- Run mode: CLI / GLPI (both are tested)
- last run date: today (configured to run once daily)
- All logs are showing: "0 Action completed, no processing required"
- Tried to Execute manually with several contract expiry dates (23/Sep/24, 22/Sep/24, 21/Sep/24, 20/Sep/24, 19/Sep/24) also received "0 Action completed, no processing required" in the log.
Notifications:
All Contract related notifications (Contract End, Contract End Periodicity, Contract Notice, Contract Notice Periodicity)
- Active = Yes
- Notification Templates configured: Contracts
- Recipient: Entity Administrator (my email address)
- Sub-entities: Yes
I have no problem receiving ticket email notifications.

I found the problem. I missed the option "Alarms on Contracts" in the Entity notification tab because the colour and alignment of the interface make it difficult to identify the options under each row.
Once I change it to "Yes", I can receive the notification.
