The "Assigned to" problem

In the ticket page, there is an item named "Assigned to". We can assign the ticket to someone to fix it.

In the old version, we can assign one ticket to one more people. But when we update the GLPI to the latest version(0.84.5), we only could assign the case to one people, when we want to add another resolver, the old resolver will be replaced.

Is this a BUG? If it is, could your please help to fix this problem. If not, is there any setting that related to this problem?

Please help me.

Thank you very much in advance!

DO you have plugins installed ? because GLPI permit to define several technician assigned to a ticket.

I have installed about 17 plugins.
Do you mean, if I want to assign several resolves in a ticket. I need to install a plugin?
If so, could you please tell me the name of this plugin?
Thank you.

Re: The "Assigned to" problem

No, MoYo said that GLPI can have several technicians assigned.

So try to put all your plugins as disabled and try again to put a second technician in your ticket.
