Hi, Friends
Currently, I am using GLPI 0.84.2 V with Debian 3.2.51-1 i686 5.4.4-14 PHP and apache 2.2 and mysql 5.5 Setup: max_execution_time = "30" memory_limit = "128M" post_max_size = "8M" safe_mode = "" session.save_handler = "files" upload_max_filesize = "2M"
But at the time import a CSV report SLK landscape or portrait format, has problems when words matter Acute accent (á, é, í, ó, ú etc) in the Spanish language-Spain. Example: TÃtulo del Incidente/Solicitud, Última modificación,
We could show that glpi configuration must be done to solve this problem or else you must modify or enter a line of code to fix this problem?
Thank you.

Which software do you used to open the files ?
I know that Excel have troubles with UTF-8 chars.
Maybe try LibreOffice or OpenOffice

Thanks for responding Moyo ..
We are using Excel 2010, is the default program for data import reports.
Moreover, you can not use openoffice or Free Office that my company acquired the Microsoft academic licensing ..
You have reason because if I import the data in the format UTF-8 opens without the above problem. From programming or code could not fix this problem ...
