When creating recurrent ticket due date is always empty

Yes. I set it as "Now"

And Openning date is set as -2.

When glpi creates a ticket the open date is like "now" and due date is empty.

Found the problem. Ticket is created with the same date of the due_date (NOW) and GLPI consider that this due date is not valid (need to be > opening date)

I will fix it to permit due_date = date

Ok Thanks MoYo. This repair problem with due to date. But when is creating a new ticket now the opening date is the same like due to date.
When I set i template a opening date now - 2h. New ticket is made with open date = due to date.

due date < open date is forbidden because you could not fix a problem before it appears.
So due date is set to open date.

Sorry opening date is set the same as due date. look on my screenshoot. Preliminary creation is set as 1 day. So on screen ticket was created at 15.12.2013 12:50 but the openning date is set to 16.12.2013 12:50 the same due date.

I think the openning date should be 15.12.2013 12:50 ( because Preliminary creation is set as 1 day) and due date is OK.

Now due date is (Next creation on 2013-12-17 21:15) - Preliminary creation

I sugest that the Open date = (Next creation on 2013-12-17 21:15) - Preliminary creation

Next creation date is computed using preliminary creation.

This date is used as reference to compute due_date and opening date, so I do not not it into account preliminary creation a second time to compute dates

ok but with last fix is completly wrong.

When ticket is created the time is 2013-12-16 21:17 (cron joob 5 minutes execute ) this date is in field on screen in "Last update".
Opening date is set as -1day and when ticket is created is set in past - yesterday.
Due date is set as now. On screen is colored on red.

So when the ticket is created is allredy after the due date and was oppened yesterday?
