next_creation_date not computed for recurrent tickets in 0.84 branch

the field next_creation_date is never computed. In the DB, this field is set to NULL for all the reccurent tickets. Issue introduced on this revision:

($begin_date = 'NULL' instead of $begin_date == 'NULL')

Note that the problem doesn't exist in trunk (see https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/glp … 1820/diff)
