Hi!
I don't know if It is a bug or not.
We got the problem that if we add a Ticket Follow Up and mark it as private, the requester don't get a notification via email as it should but a watcher gets this notification.
I think this is unwanted.
If not it should be possible to configure it, do disable watchers from getting those private notifications.
Currently using, 0.83.4

If the followup in private and the user doesn't have to read private followup, no notification will be send.
You Requester have right to see private followup or task ?
